At Nine Lives Sauce, we take pride in crafting high-quality, small-batch hot sauces. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ninelivessauceco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll gladly replace or refund damaged or incorrect items as quickly as possible. Refunds, when approved, will be issued to your original method of payment.
