Welcome to Nine Lives Sauce! This website is operated by Nine Lives Sauce, based in Ontario, Canada. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our website.
1. General Conditions
By using this site, you confirm that you are the age of majority in your province or territory of residence.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including violating any Canadian laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason.
2. Product Information
We take care to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and images on our website are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, current, or complete.
Because our sauces are made in small batches, slight variations in colour, texture, or flavour may occur.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders placed under the same customer account, payment method, or shipping address.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment gateway. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship across Ontario. Shipping times and costs vary by region and carrier. Once an order has shipped, Nine Lives Sauce is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit.
5. Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of our food products, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ninelivessauceco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including images, text, logos, and product names — are the property of Nine Lives Sauce and is protected under Canadian copyright and trademark laws. You may not use or reproduce any materials without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nine Lives Sauce, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our website or products.

These Terms and any transactions through our site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
